The Vocal Octet is a pioneer of modern a cappella performance in Israel. The Octet—four men and four women—performs a fascinating and varied repertoire, which mostly consists of original arrangements written by the members of the Octet and in many styles—classical music, ethnic music, jazz, soul songs, folk songs, religious music, rock, pop, blues, South-American music, Latin music and more.
In March, the Octet released a new music video for the song “Kama Tov Shebata Habayta” in a special a capella arrangement, and performed it at the Hostages Square at an event in honor of Yaffa Adar. The clip received many views and enthusiastic reactions.
