The Amit Friedman Jazz Ensemble continues to perform in Israel and abroad with a number of different programs:
A program featuring improvisation on musical themes composed by the greatest jazz musicians of all time, a program featuring works written by Amit Friedman, as well as musical collaborations with performers from other musical styles.
In 2021, the ensemble's third album "Unconditional Love" is also expected to be released. Like its two predecessors, it consists entirely of original music by the saxophonist and composer Amit Friedman. Friedman's music is faithful to the jazz tradition and combines elements of world music and Middle Eastern music. With the release of the album, there will be major launch concerts in Israel and Europe.
Friedman regularly performs and records with top artists from Israel and abroad, has collaborated with the best Israeli pop artists and played for three years on the successful Light Night program "Tonight with Lior Schlein" and even served as its musical director.
Besides being a composer and an arranger, Friedman constantly continues his educational work to promote jazz among the youth.
