The Israeli Opera in Collaboration with the “Wrapped in Love” Association

The concert was held for the “Wrapped in Love” Association, which supports children who lost a parent in the  7th October events. The association’s goal is to create an economic and professional support for each and every one of them, so that they can live as good and full a life as possible alongside the tragedy and loss.

Peter Wedd

Born in England.His operatic roles include Prince Rusalka (Dvořák); the title role in Lohengrin and Sigmund in Die Walküre (Wagner); Florestan in Fidelio (Beethoven) and Hermann in Die Peek Dam (Tchaikovsky).

He has appeared at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London, the Welsh National Opera, the La Monet in Brussels and the opera houses of Athens, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Warsaw, Nancy, Bilbao and Oslo, among others.

Daniel Chervinsky

 Daniel was born in Israel. He graduated from the Buchmann-Mehta Academy of Music at Tel Aviv University. He studied piano with Chaim Gottler and Emanuel Krasovsky. He studied conducting with I.N. Shaw and Yoav Talmi. He has performed as a pianist on many stages throughout the country and abroad, and many of his performances have been broadcast on The Voice of Music.

Since 2019, he has been working at the Israeli Opera as a concert pianist, rehearsal pianist, and singer instructor.
