The Israeli Schubertiade returns, as every year, for the 15th time in a row, to its "winter journey" around the country.

Since its inception in 2007 with a solo concert at the Enav Cultural Center in Tel Aviv, the Israeli Schubertiade has grown and grown and gained loyal audiences throughout the country.

The tradition of Schubertiades began in Vienna back when the composer Franz Schubert was still alive about 200 years ago. This was the name given to meetings, including celebrations of the composer's birthday, in which Schubert's friends and other musicians from Vienna gathered to perform his music.

Ten concerts are planned for us from Eilon in the north to Sde Boker in the south, through Haifa, the Jezreel Valley, Ra’anana, Tel Aviv, Rishon LeZion and Jerusalem.

Many Schubertiade fans look forward to a rich and exciting Schubertian menu every year.
